Summary of the main purpose of the job: To service a given customer base and work closely with the external sales team to increase sales and give excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
" Being an internal contact for a geographical customer base and an external twin.
" Helping to build relationships with the customers and external twin.
" Checking the SPAR system and sending SPAR forms on behalf of external twin.
" Taking messages and being the point of contact when the external twin is not available.
" Checking the One World system for pricing and discounts on behalf of customers and external twins.
" Entry of quotations, sales orders, sample requests and schedules promptly.
" Investigating credit requests and additional invoices.
" Preparing credit notes.
" Entering complaints onto the One World system
" Liaising with transport contractor
" Liaising with other departments to facilitate work
Additional responsibilities:
" Preparing control sheets
" Schedule clearance
" Order book clearance
" Checking of acknowledgements
" Switchboard cover
" Despatch cover
" Franking mail
" Filing
Any other tasks or responsibilities as determined by the Sales Office Manager

Processing and maintaining data through the in-house system SAP and dealing with client queries ensuring all enquiries are dealt with from beginning to end and admin carried out to back this up. Ideal candidate must have excellent administration, customer service skills and be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
This role will involve assisting clients with a wide variety of HR related queries. Providing a high level of customer service, you shall resolve client queries and carrying out all administration to back this up.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager this role will involve dealing with cash allocation, account reconciliation, sales ledger maintenance and carrying out general administration duties. Ideal candidate will have credit control experience and be computer literate.
Reporting to the Finance Controller the role will involve carrying out credit control, dealing with invoice queries, matching sales invoices with relevant paperwork, posting cash and bacs receipts, updating debtors report and sub contractors files, providing assistance to the Finance Controller as required and give excellent customer service to clients along general admin duties.
